Connect Pathways Program
The Connect Pathways Program – where we believe in celebrating every child and supporting families and children to thrive in safe, connected communities.
Supported by the NSW Department of Education’s Start Strong Pathways funding, the Connect Pathways Program is a place of support for families with children aged from birth to three years. We’re here to support families experiencing challenges to accessing early childhood education and supports in the Penrith and Blue Mountains community.
Our program is designed to respond to individual child and family needs and build confidence in families. Our aim is to have children confidently engage in play spaces, learn alongside their peers, and actively participate in their communities.
Our team of experienced early childhood practitioners are available to connect with you.
Supports provided in the Connect Pathways Program may include
